On November 5,2015, Beijing Hangkai Electric Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid of suspension insulator dip coating RTV-II project of Ximeng-Shandong 1000 kV UHV AC transmission line of State Grid Corporation.

Ximeng-Shandong 1000 kV UHV project is the National Development and Reform Commission officially issued to SGC "about Ximeng-Shandong 1000 kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation project approval" (change energy [2014] 1643) on July 12,2014, agreed to the construction of Ximeng-Shandong 1000 kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation project, become the first approved line among the 12 key power transmission channels in the National Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan.

As the winning company of the project, Hangkai will adopt the independently developed insulator compound dip coating process to carry out the project production and construction work step by step. In addition, with the experience accumulated in the insulator compound dip-coating anti-pollution flashover RTV coating project of Lingshao Line DC 800kV UHV transmission line of Suzhou Electric Porcelain Factory in early August this year, it will further strengthen the RTV dip coating technology and quality of Ximeng-Shandong 1000kV UHV AC transmission and transformation project,laying a solid foundation for the follow-up projects of Hangkai.
