Product introduction
Cold galvanized paint is a one-component, rust-resistant, cold electro-galvanized coating that forms a hard and stretchable film capable of bonding to any metal substrate. The coating dries quickly, has excellent adhesion, and forms a gray coating after use; the coating has excellent impact resistance and flexibility, super anti-aging properties and anti-corrosion properties.
Application
Cold galvanized paint is mainly used to protect and repair processed galvanized sheets, structural steel, steel roofs, doors and windows, and can also be used for anti-corrosion of steel structures of various power equipment in substations, steel supports, and transmission line towers; as well as corrosion-prone cast iron or steel components of buildings, bridges, ships, etc.; anti-corrosion of steel structures such as cooling water towers, desulfurization flues, main powerhouses, coal transport trestle, and dry coal awnings in power plants.

Construction technology
1. Basic treatment
Clean up the rust, weld coating, welding spatter, oil stain, dust and other debris on the coating part, so that the coated surface is free of rust, oil, water, and dust. Primer must be applied within 12 hours after rust removal.
2. Cold galvanized paint coating
Prepare according to the ratio of A:B=10:1 and stir thoroughly to ensure consistent color, viscosity and consistency without sagging and brush lines. It should be stirred continuously during use, and the application method is the same as that of the primer.
